At IlVaporizzatore, you can be 100% sure that if you change your mind, you can return the product for another one or get a refund, as long as the device is still new.
Vaporizers sold on IlVaporizzatore are intended for oral use, which means they are classified as hygienic goods and are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Due to health regulations, vaporizers are not returnable if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, regardless of whether it has been used or not. Here's a summary of the procedure:
1 – Read our return policy.
2 – Submit the return form with valid information.
3 – Attach a photo of the product you are returning where you can clearly see that the seal has not been broken .
4 – Our returns department will verify the information you submit to determine whether the return is valid and complies with our return policy.
5 – You will receive an email with shipping instructions.
6 – Ship the product back to us via a carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned package reaches us. We recommend using only tracked services. We do not refund shipping costs for returning products.
7 – Notify us when the product has shipped along with a tracking number, if available, to expedite the return process.
8 – Receive your refund. If the order was paid for by cart or bank transfer, you must wait 48 hours for the payment to reach your bank.
