When will the order be shipped?
We ship all orders the same or next business day, depending on whether the order was placed before 12:00 PM.

Tracking emails are sent the same day your package ships.

We offer several payment methods: credit cartand bank transfer. Additionally, there are other payment options, depending on your country of residence.
Can I change my shipping address after confirming my order?
By contacting us before your order is processed by the warehouse, we can change your shipping address. If your package was shipped from the warehouse, you can contact the courier and update your shipping address for free, as long as it's in the same city.
What happens if I'm not at home when DHL attempts to deliver my package?
DHL will schedule another delivery or take the package to the nearest DHL pickup point. You cancartit there to pick it up or contact them to schedule another delivery.
What happens if I choose not to receive the package?
For packages not accepted or collected by the customer in time, we reserve the right to deduct €25 from the shipping costs (delivery and return) on the order total and refund the remainder to your account. If you wish to arrange a new shipment, you will need to place the order again.
